I am, by profession and experience, an Executive PA.

I have over 15 years experience in the field,  having started at the bottom as a very junior assistant and working my way up through the ranks to being the senior level PA I am today.

In that time I have done just about everything one can do in an administrative office work environment;  from typing, filing, sorting mail, copying and telephone/reception duties to general office management , basic bookkeeping & budgeting, travel planning, diary management, business & personal correspondence, minute taking and generally providing personalised support tailored to each individual situation.

I also hold a High Honours Diploma in Digital Media Design.  This field of study means that I have the skills to design and create multi-media projects, from simple web sites to sound & video editing, DVD authoring and interactive CDROM creation. In conjunction with Digital Media Design I also work with Print Design, doing layouts for a whole range of things; business cards, letterhead, menus, investment proposals, one sheet flyers and the like. This means I can provide a complete Digital Media and Print Design package for my clients. This is especially useful for marketing & promotions and something I use more frequently in my work for the various film production companies that I have dealt with over the years.

My interest in design and things more creative have inspired a keen interest in photography and I have become what I term "an enthusiastic amateur". My images have been used on post cards, greeting cards and invitations and being able to add that personal and unique touch to a project is something many clients appreciate. As an offshoot to my love of all things digital, I have become a self professed "geek" and there is rarely an issue with a PC that I can not resolve.  In several of my Office Manager/PA positions this has been quite a useful trait, as when working in small offices that do not have an IT department, I was quite often the "go to girl".  Be it installing a network for home or small office or hardware & software troubleshooting, I can and have done it all. An intrinsic grasp of things technical means I am quickly able to isolate problems and resolve them efficiently.

So all in all, I really am A Girl for All Jobs!
